Your area of responsibility:

• Looking after and serving guests in the restaurant as well as in the conference and banquet area
• Professional serving of food and drinks as well as setting and clearing tables
• Setting up and dismantling the buffets
• Setting up and covering the conference rooms and banquet halls
• Setting up coffee breaks
• Carrying out tidying, mise-en-place and cleaning work
• General preparation and follow-up tasks for the service department

What you bring with you:

• Hosts with a passion
• Completed vocational training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d) or restaurant specialist (m/f/d) or experience in the hotel industry or upscale gastronomy
• Service orientation and pleasure in dealing with guests
• Commitment, initiative and dedication
• High quality awareness
• Very good knowledge of German and English, any other language an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
