Your area of responsibility:

• Monitoring and control of several production lines
• Management of several teams of up to 50 employees 
• Compliance with hygiene guidelines
• Ensuring production targets are met
• Compliance with and observance of quality regulations
• Training and education of team leaders and employees

What you bring with you:

• Experience in managing larger teams, e.g. a production area with a comparable number of employees
• High quality awareness
• Experience in the documentation of data
• Independent and structured work
• strong communication skills 
• Advanced knowledge: Department, division, department management, food hygiene, quality management
• German language spoken and written (C1)
• Car recommended to reach the place of work
