Your area of responsibility:

• Implementation, monitoring and control of all internal controls including hygiene and safety checks
• Specification management as well as supplier management and related activities (e.g. nutritional value determinations, data maintenance, requests to suppliers)
• Processing of test plans (e.g. laboratory tests) and their evaluation
• Regular internal assessment of product quality (tastings)
• Enforcement and improvement of existing QA systems; updating and further development of QA documents
  - Participation in training
  - Participation in internal audits
  - Participation in the development of new products with regard to packaging, labeling - Declaration check
• Ensuring the implementation of the requirements of the HACCP concept and the QMH in the company

What you bring with you:

• Ideally professional experience in quality assurance/management
• Experience with certification standards (IFS) and sustainability standards (RSPO/RA) desirable
• Training as an ecotrophologist (m/f/d), food technician (m/f/d), food technologist (m/f/d) or other sound training in the food sector
• German language spoken and written (C1)
• Own car to reach the place of work is mandatory
