Your tasks:

• Monitoring and maintaining building services systems
• Inspecting systems, assemblies and devices
• Processing faults
• Completion of operating, maintenance and inspection logs

Your profile:

• Completed training, e.g. as an electrician, electronics technician, plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology (SHK), central heating and ventilation engineer, refrigeration engineer, gas and water fitter or similar
• Gladly experience in technical real estate operations
• Knowledge of tablet/PC and MS Office
• Service and solution orientation as well as a healthy dose of pragmatism
