Your tasks:
- Pre-assembly and final assembly of assemblies, devices, systems and plants based on design documents
- Mechanical and pneumatic tubing and installation of assembly and testing systems
- Installation of measurement, control and regulation equipment
- Setting up complete assembly and testing systems as part of a team
- Supervision of in-house commissioning as well as installation, assembly and recommissioning at the customer's site
- External installation and commissioning at the customer's premises
- Logging and documentation of changes during installation work
- Adherence to project-related targets with regard to scheduling, technical processes and customer-specific specification requirements
- Carrying out repair and complaint orders
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable vocational training in an industrial metal profession
- Professional experience in the field of mechanical assembly of machines and systems
- Technical knowledge in mechanical engineering
- Experience in the assembly of pneumatic or hydraulic systems is advantageous
- Systematic and independent way of working
- Good basic PC skills (MS Office)
- Good written and spoken German
- Knowledge of English desirable
- Driving license (at least class B)
- Ability to work in a team, commitment and reliability
- Independent working style as well as communication and teamwork skills
- Solid CAD experience, preferably SolidWorks desirable
- High willingness to learn as well as resilience and flexibility
- Willingness to travel for external assembly work and commissioning at the customer's site (approx. 15 %)
