Your tasks:
- Timely and accurate provision of financial information and analysis
- Monitoring the monthly international reporting process
- Management of the preparation of the quarterly management package,
including comments and schedules (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows) - Support for international budget and forecasting processes, including financial modeling and analysis
- Preparation of international (IFRS) and subsidiary (German GAAP) statutory financial statements
- Ensuring that quarterly financial reporting complies with
regulatory requirements - Management of the external audit process
- Compliance with the relevant technical pronouncements and standards in the
accounting area - Development of suitable financial controls and processes
- Assisting with ad hoc financial projects and supporting the DGIE Executive Board, including reporting on financial instruments, Solvency II and handling other regulatory requests
- Preparation of financial information for special purposes, including
tax returns (with the support of third parties) - Effective cash flow management
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial studies or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in an international business or consulting role or in business controlling
- Good knowledge of English
- Commitment, assertiveness, communication skills and ability to work in a team
