Your area of responsibility:

• Entering meter readings, budget billing changes and SEPA mandates
• Scanning activities for archive and post workflow
• Processing of removals and installment agreements
• Creation and follow-up of meter reading checks
• Customer service
• Other light commercial activities

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training (industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable training, possibly additional training as an energy specialist (m/f/d))
• Very good written and spoken German
• Strong sales skills, ability to work in a team and strong closing skills
