Your tasks:
- Main contact for customers
- Creation and monitoring of project plans (incl. time frame, process and budget)
- Identification and assessment of potential risks
- Coordination of task distribution and responsibility

- Conflict management within the team or with project partners
- Motivation and promotion of team spirit

Your profile:
- Completed training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) for heating, air conditioning, sanitary and ventilation technology
- Very good written and spoken German
- Class B driver's license
- Professional experience as a plant mechanic (m/f/d)
- Good handling of MS Office applications
