Your tasks:
- You weld TIG manual and orbital welders on beverage line pipes with experience in fixture and stapler production.
- They tear, tack and align parts according to technical drawings and weld them manually or with a turning device.
- You set welding parameters and adapt them to the respective requirements.
- They set up, check and measure the welded parts and create error messages in the event of deviations.
- They modify welding equipment and adapt it as required.
Your profile:
- Completed training as a welder (m/f/d) or related training, desirable
- Experience in manual TIG and orbital welding in stainless steel is required
- Experience in pre-alignment according to isometric drawing
- Basic knowledge of SAP and confident handling of PC applications
- Good written and spoken German
- Willingness to work 2 and 3 shifts and occasional Saturday work
