Your tasks:

• Monitoring and continuous improvement of the quality management system (QMS) to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and promote improvement processes
• Planning, implementation and follow-up of audits (internal and external) in accordance with ISO 9001, TISAX and other relevant standards
• Responsibility for implementing the requirements for TISAX and ISO certification and monitoring the entire certification process
• Implementation of environmental management measures in accordance with ISO 14001 and monitoring of their compliance
• Maintenance and further development of quality management and process-relevant documentation
• Organization and implementation of training courses and workshops to raise employee awareness of quality and environmental management issues
• Preparation of reports and evaluations for management and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting compliance with occupational safety regulations and coordinating appropriate occupational safety measures

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed training with a focus on quality management or a comparable qualification.

• You have several years of professional experience in the field of quality management.

• You have a sound knowledge of the application and implementation of ISO 9001, TISAX and environmental management systems.

• The implementation of internal and external audits is part of your experience.

• You are confident in using MS Office and ideally have experience with ERP and QM systems.

• You are characterized by an analytical and structured way of working as well as strong communication and assertiveness skills.
