Your tasks:

• You take over the processing and support the Warehouse Manager in all organizational and administrative tasks in day-to-day business
• You will be responsible for general office and assistant tasks, such as preparing presentations, creating organizational charts, accounting, etc.
• You are responsible for preparatory bookkeeping
• You commission suppliers, track orders and clarify discrepancies with clients, purchasing and financial accounting
• In the event of staff shortages, you are ready for the following tasks in the warehouse:

* Receiving, checking, documenting and recording deliveries
* Properly storing cables, managing and maintaining stock
* Carrying out regular stock checks
* Checking cables for damage, defects or deviations
* Operating the cutting machine for electrical cables
* Picking activities using scanners and lists
* Checking ordered goods using material numbers

Your profile:

• Permission to drive industrial trucks and experience with scanners would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of German
• Professional experience in warehousing or logistics is an advantage
• Good organizational skills and a meticulous way of working
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
