Your tasks:

• Conducting qualified consultations in accordance with the applicable consultant logistics and customer service strategy
• Demand-oriented sale of standardized banking products and services
• Potential-oriented transfer to other advisor types in accordance with the target group strategy
• Processing customer impulses
• Case-closing processing of customer complaints within the competencies 
• Situational deployment of internal/external specialists for technical support
• Independent achievement of individual activity and earnings targets 

Your profile:

• Completed banking training or DH studies, specializing in banking
• Several years of professional experience in customer service/sales
