Your tasks:

  • You will use your expertise to prepare and implement payroll accounting for salaried employees at our German locations
  • They ensure optimum employee service by advising employees and managers on all tax and social security issues and on payroll accounting
  • Maintaining master data and documents in SAP and the digital personnel file is just as much a part of your job as maintaining the time recording system
  • You create contract amendments in the current employment relationship
  • You ensure smooth certification and reporting processes and handle correspondence with health insurance funds, authorities and insurance companies
  • You support us in preparing our monthly and annual financial statements and are the first point of contact for tax audits

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • First or several years of professional experience in payroll
  • Good MS OFFICE knowledge and SAP or DATEV knowledge are desirable
