Job description

On behalf of a well-known customer from Regensburg, we are looking for you as a ticket inspector (m/f/d) in public transport.

Your tasks:

• They carry out ticket checks and ticket inspections.
• They monitor and ensure compliance with the General Conditions of Carriage.
• Active service to passengers, including providing information on transport conditions, fares and locations, is one of your tasks.
• They provide assistance to passengers.

Your profile:

• Very good written and spoken German (at least B1)
• Customer and service-oriented thinking and acting
• Professional experience with customers is an advantage, but career changers (m/f/d) are also welcome!
• Willingness to work shifts (also night shift and weekends)
• Police clearance certificate without entry
