Your area of responsibility:
- Ensuring regular billing of customers and suppliers in the electricity, gas, water, heat, steam and compressed air sectors
- Compliance with the cyclical budget billing requirements
Timely processing of GPKE/GeLi Gas and WiM processes - processing all master data changes, new customer additions, measured values, correction processes and re-registrations
- Monitoring daily payment transactions and tracking receivables
- Telephone and written support of customer concerns with subsequent processing of the above-mentioned topics for various customer companies (service period Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.)
What you bring with you:
- a completed commercial apprenticeship
- sound knowledge of energy billing for SLP and RLM customers in the Wilken - Neutrasoft Navision and Somentec - XAP energy billing systems is desirable
- Good knowledge of the energy industry and energy law
- Good knowledge of GPKE, GeLiGas and WiM business processes Confident handling of PC and MS Office package
- Good written and verbal communication skills
