Are you looking for a new professional challenge in the field of quality management? Then you've come to the right place! We are looking for a Quality Management Assistant (m/f/d) for our client based in Ingolstadt as part of a long-term project.

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for checking our products (including incoming goods) and ensuring that they are of impeccable quality before they are placed on the market
  • You regularly report relevant information on the product quality of individual products to the other specialist departments
  • You make technically justified decisions for the evaluation of product complaints (regarding color, odor, and packaging quality) and initiate appropriate measures
  • You will work together with Purchasing, Product Management and Technical Consulting, as well as with our suppliers and laboratories
  • You supervise and expand the certifications and audits of our products and our company. You structure the GMP/HACCP-compliant processes

Your profile:

  • You have a BS/BA or MS/MA degree in food chemistry, nutritional sciences, biotechnology, pharmacy, industrial engineering with a focus on natural sciences, or a comparable education and at least three years of professional experience
  • You already have knowledge of raw materials (vitamins, minerals, secondary plant substances, amino acids, etc.), as well as knowledge of the common analysis methods for these raw materials and are willing to constantly expand this knowledge
  • You have already gained initial professional experience in quality assurance or have a keen interest in familiarizing yourself with it
  • You have experience in writing SOPs, plans and/or work instructions
  • You have experience in project management, are responsible and ready to take the quality area into your own hands
  • You are curious, open to new ideas and enjoy solving complex problems
  • You work in a self-motivated, structured, precise and solution-oriented manner
  • You have a friendly and professional demeanor and enjoy contact with customers and suppliers
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German
