Your tasks:

• Creation of the system control software with Siemens TIA Portal
• Configuration of SCADA and process visualization
• Creation and optimization of standardized software packages
• Manage the assigned project in technical items and prepare work packages for other engineers
• Development of concepts and system specifications in cooperation with customers and technology
• Organization of and participation in internal and external project and specification meetings as well as factory acceptance tests of the software
• Manage the allocated budget, including costs, deadlines and quality
• Provide technical support for claims and deviation management if required
• Cross-divisional collaboration with R&D, engineering and assembly

Your profile:

• Completed technical studies in the field of electrical/software/automation technology, mechatronics or computer science
  Alternatively, completed technical/commercial training as an electronics technician for automation technology or equivalent
• Experience in industrial process automation with very good PLC programming skills in Siemens TIA Portal
• Electrical engineering expertise
• Good knowledge of Windows-based IT environments
• Fluent written and spoken English required, knowledge of German is an advantage
• Independent, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Committed, flexible and team-oriented personality
• Willingness to travel worldwide approx. 30%
