- Support for existing customers
- Acquiring new customers in internal and external sales
- Needs analysis
- Preparation of offers
- Invoice verification
- Order processing
- Monitoring orders and delivery processes
- Complaint processing
Your profile:
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Experience in the organization and coordination of work processes
- Good comprehension skills and a high level of customer orientation
- Good knowledge of English
- Good PC skills and confident use of common standard software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organizational skills, independence and a sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel
