Your tasks:
- Order and invoice processing (Microsoft Dynamics Navision)
- Documenting incoming and outgoing goods
- Creating picking documents, packing lists and export documents
- Procurement of ship and truck space
- Deadline monitoring of delivery processes and sea freight
- Order invoicing and complaint management
- Contact with customers, suppliers, external sales force and warehouse
- Processing the sale of merchandise according to specifications
- Monitoring and coordination of deadlines and processes
- Support for external internal sales
- Answering information and customer inquiries
- Internal sales support
- Information and communication systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Purchasing support
Your profile:
- Commercial training and professional experience in wholesale and foreign trade (preferably in the paper or packaging industry) or customs/export processing
- good English language skills
