Your tasks:
- Advising specialist dealers and operators in Germany and abroad on current products and services (verbally and in writing)
- Contact for questions on general commercial issues (contract, order, invoicing)
- First point of contact for our internal and external sales team
- Support for internal projects
- Interface to other divisions
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Strong customer orientation, enjoy dealing with customers and sales partners
- Affinity for online solutions and IT applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Very good team and strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of the MS Office product range
- Good written and spoken French and/or English and business fluent German
