Your tasks:
- Focus on implementation/processing and review of monthly rating and billing processes
- Telephone and written processing of customer concerns (specialist retail partners and operators) relating to billing
- Preparation of the billing bases on the basis of tickets
- Interface to other competence teams within the Customer Service Support division
- Cross-departmental interface to accounting: reminders, incorrect debits, etc.
- Payment modalities
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, preferably with professional experience in billing/accounting
- Conscientious handling of information, figures and contracts
- careful work
- Affinity for online solutions and IT applications
- Good verbal and written expression
- Very good teamwork and strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of the MS Office product range and knowledge of Microsoft Navision is an advantage
- Good written and spoken English, further language skills desirable
