Your tasks:
- Order acceptance and processing as part of patient care
- Telephone and written customer advice and support
- Preparation and follow-up of cost estimates (eKV)
- Procurement and processing of outstanding prescriptions
- Recording and processing sales returns and complaints
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Master data entry and maintenance of customer data
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training, preferably as a healthcare clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualifications
- Professional experience in order entry and order processing for auxiliary and medicinal products from the area of other service providers
- Experienced in the use of common industry software (preferably Business Central - Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and digital work steps
- Application knowledge in the common Microsoft Office applications as well as technical openness to new digital media and their applications
- Initial experience in the systematic management of patient documents in physical and digital form desirable
