Your tasks:
- Telephone and written support for our customers, independent initial analysis of customer inquiries and informing customers about progress
- Analyzing and solving technical issues relating to our POS software and our online services
- Simulation of customer installations for analysis purposes
- Documentation of activities in the ticket system
- Collaboration with our product development and product management teams in the development of solutions
Your profile:
- Technical understanding and enjoy solving technical challenges
- Pleasure in dealing with customers and high service orientation
- Systematic and structured way of working
- Able to learn and used to working independently and on your own responsibility
- Experience in customer service an advantage
- Good knowledge of German; knowledge of English an advantage
