For our well-known client in Osnabrück we are looking for exactly you as Team Assistant (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • Supporting department management and the team in day-to-day operations
  • Staff deployment planning to ensure service levels
  • Constructive communication with internal interfaces and shareholders
  • Independent collaboration and assumption of (partial) projects in customer service
  • Preparation and evaluation of information, data and key figures as well as creation of presentations and documents
  • Contact person (m/f/d) for employees in customer service for organizational issues and for the time recording system

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in a logistics or service-oriented environment is desirable
  • Ideally initial practical experience relevant to this role (as a dispatcher or workforce manager (m/f/d))
  • Structured as well as independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Decisiveness and assertiveness in a dynamic environment
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Supporting a trusting, appreciative and cooperative working environment with strong communication and teamwork skills
