Your tasks:
- Timely processing of supplier invoices
- Entry of incoming invoices incl. down payments/advance payments
- Comparison of supplier invoices with delivery bills and clarification of differences
- Maintenance of supplier accounts
- Processing of payment reminders and overdue notices
- Creation of payment advice notes
- Support with year-end closing activities
- Representation accounts receivable (check & post outgoing invoices)
- Creation of process descriptions / documentation
Your profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training or corresponding professional experience
- Experience in financial and balance sheet accounting
- Knowledge of an ERP system
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- German business fluent
- Independent and careful way of working
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, reliability
