Your area of responsibility:

• Production of components in accordance with drawings
• Program creation for the production of components in accordance with drawings
• Compliance with and optimization of KPIs for occupational health and safety, quality, productivity and efficiency
• Driving forward the optimization of setup and cycle times
• Planning, controlling and optimizing machining strategies and the resources used
• Maintaining the machine maintenance and emulsion control sheets
• Implementation of measurement procedures incl. preparation of measurement reports
• ERP system work (BDE booking)
• Compliance with the specified corporate objectives and guidelines (data protection, quality, environment and ESH)

• Successfully completed training as a cutting machine operator specializing in turning or milling technology or similar
• Professional experience
• Flexibility, structured and punctual work
• Careful working methods with high quality standards
• Understanding of operational processes
• Ability to work in a team and cooperative behavior
• EDP/PC basic knowledge
• Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts) and weekends
• Knowledge of the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 quality management system
• Crane and forklift license desirable
