Your area of responsibility:

• Assembly, measurement and testing of pumps on the pump test bench, initiation of corrective measures if necessary and forwarding of information
• Measurement and evaluation of performance data, vibrations and bearing temperatures in the testing software
• Assembly and disassembly of measuring and piping systems
• Selection of test stations
• Filling out checklists for documentation
• Support in the supervision of customer acceptances with regard to the pump test on the test bench
• Pressure testing of pumps
• Grinding pumps
• Preservation of the pumps and attachment of the type and information plates
• Construction and alignment of pumps with motor (and accessories)
• Cross-departmental support activities

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or similar.
• Professional experience
• Knowledge of test software
• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
• Careful working methods with high quality standards
• Understanding of operational processes
• Ability to work in a team and cooperative behavior
• Knowledge of the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 quality management system
• Crane and forklift license
