Your area of responsibility:
- Handling incoming calls and assisting customers with their concerns
- Documentation of customer inquiries and their solutions
- Active communication with the various departments to solve problems
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and collecting feedback
- Preparation of regular reports on the performance of the call center
What you bring with you:
- Completed training or comparable qualification in the service or sales sector
- Experience in call center or customer service is desirable, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in German; further language skills are an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- High motivation, flexibility and willingness to undergo continuous further training
