Your tasks:

• Coordination and leadership of the team
• Processing customer orders and purchase and sales contracts
• Scheduling of goods and coordination of delivery dates with customers
• Opening and managing letters of credit
• Data maintenance and analysis in the ERP system, including preliminary and final costing
• Central point of contact for customers and suppliers
• Cooperation with logistics, sales and purchasing
• Optimization of processes and analysis of deviations

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
• Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in international order processing
• Experience with MS Office
• Strong customer orientationVery good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good understanding of numbers and strong communication skills
