Your tasks:
- Coordination and leadership of the team
- Processing customer orders and purchase and sales contracts
- Scheduling of goods and coordination of delivery dates with customers
- Opening and managing letters of credit
- Data maintenance and analysis in the ERP system, including preliminary and final costing
- Central point of contact for customers and suppliers
- Cooperation with logistics, sales and purchasing
- Optimization of processes and analysis of deviations
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
- Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in international order processing
- Experience with MS Office
- Strong customer orientationVery good written and spoken German and English skills
- Good understanding of numbers and strong communication skills
