Your tasks:

• Support for sales in the quotation process
• Telephone contact for suppliers and customers
• Independent order processing through to invoicing
• Preparation of shipping and customs documents for foreign shipments
• Creating statistics and evaluations
• General office work

Your profile:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (preferably in industry) or an equivalent qualification
• You are characterized by your independent way of working, quick comprehension and high level of commitment.
• You also enjoy working in a team.
• You work in a customer-oriented manner and are always confident and articulate in internal and external contacts.
• You are familiar with MS Office products, especially MS Word and Excel.
• Good written and spoken German skills round off your profile
