Your tasks:

• Receiving and processing customer inquiries by telephone and e-mail
• Coordination of order processing in close cooperation with other departments
• Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring on-time delivery
• Support in the development and implementation of sales strategies
• Preparatory work for customers
• Independent support and strategic development of the clients assigned to you
• Continuous offering of solutions and (further) development of a long-term stable customer relationship
• Preparation of offers, price and contract negotiations with the customer, order confirmations
• Coordination of projects as an interface between the various departments

• Talent, will, curiosity and flexibility
• Completed business studies or comparable commercial training
• Professional experience, ideally already some experience in customer service or sales
• High level of customer orientation and closing reliability
• Enthusiasm, persuasiveness and negotiating skills
• Confident communication in German and English
