Your tasks:

• Ensuring on-time deliveries worldwide
• Complete order processing for domestic, EU and third country customers
• Order-related correspondence with customers
• Order entry, tracking and processing of deliveries including export documents
• Ensuring correct export documentation
• Processing of shipping orders incl. air and sea freight
• Invoice verification of transportation costs
• Creation of statistics
• Master data maintenance, contract checking and tracking

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training (industrial clerk, freight forwarding clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk)
• Professional experience in export processing
• Sound knowledge of export topics (customs regulations, Incoterms etc.)
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
• Good knowledge of English, other foreign languages an advantage
• High customer orientation
• Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
• Independent, efficient and structured way of working
