Your tasks:
- Support and advice for international clients
- Quotation preparation and order processing for the international market
- Communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments in various languages
- Maintaining and updating customer master data in the CRM system
- Coordination and tracking of deliveries and complaints processing
- Preparation of sales statistics and market analyses
- Supporting the sales force in international sales activities
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in internal sales, ideally in an international environment
- Business fluent in English
- , other foreign languages an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally CRM systems
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation and intercultural competence
- Independent and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and high service orientation
