Your tasks:

• Coordination and monitoring of incoming and outgoing goods
• Creation and processing of shipping, freight and customs documents
• Communication with forwarding agents, suppliers and internal departments
• Ensuring on-time deliveries and compliance with regulations
• Processing of complaints, returns and freight documentation
• Inventory control and maintenance of warehouse and shipping data in the ERP system
• Support in the optimization of logistical processes

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on logistics or freight forwarding
• Professional experience in shipping and logistics, ideally in a regulated environment (e.g. pharmaceuticals, food)
• Knowledge of customs and export desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Structured and independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and high service orientation
