Your tasks:

  • Order processing for all departments
  • Monitoring and maintenance of order confirmations incl. dunning process
  • Management of order documentation in SAP
  • Creation and maintenance of supplier master data
  • Independent management and updating of info records
  • Reversal in the returns process
  • Monitoring of delivery dates
  • Initiation of complaints processes in the event of delivery deviations
  • Implementation of inquiries
  • Communication with specialist departments and suppliers

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Ideally first practical experience in purchasing
  • Good user knowledge of SAP MM and MS-Office
  • Structured and reliable way of working
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
