Your tasks:
- General office organization and administration
- Processing invoices, orders and contracts
- Correspondence and communication with customers and suppliers
- Data maintenance and document management
- Support in controlling and reporting
- Scheduling and coordination of meetings
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector or similar
- First professional experience in the commercial sector an advantage
- Independent and systematic way of working
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Confident handling of common IT systems such as MS Office
