Your tasks:

  • Coordination and monitoring of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Preparation of shipping and customs documents
  • Planning and organizing transports with forwarding agents and suppliers
  • Processing delivery documents, invoices and freight cost statements
  • Inventory control and maintenance of warehouse and logistics data in the system
  • Communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments
  • Processing complaints and returns
  • Support in the optimization of logistics processes

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training, preferably in logistics or warehouse logistics or shipping
  • First professional experience in the commercial sector
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
