Your tasks:
- Processing orders, invoices and supplier inquiries
- Purchasing and inventory management of materials
- Creation and maintenance of calculations and quotations
- Coordination of deliveries and logistics
- Support in finance and accounting
- Processing of contracts and commercial documents
- Communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments
Your profile:
- Completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Confident with MS Office, ideally also with ERP systems
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
