Job description

For a client in the region we are looking for you as a Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d).

Your area of responsibility:

  • Handling all administrative HR tasks as part of the entire employment process
  • Maintenance of time recording incl. monitoring compliance with the ArbZG
  • Processing forms in accordance with firmly defined or legal requirements
  • Creating and processing statistics for management, superiors and employee representatives
  • Support with recruitment processes
  • Assistance with the organization and documentation of further education and training measures
  • Cross-departmental assumption of administrative tasks (e.g. secretarial tasks)

What you bring with you:

  • Completed commercial training with professional experience in human resources
  • Prior knowledge of labor, social security and tax law
  • Knowledge of the BetrVG
  • Confident handling of SAÜ and MS-Office 
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Systematic, goal-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure
