Your tasks:
Leadership & Responsibility:
- You lead and motivate your team to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Efficient planning:
- With optimal shift and personnel scheduling, you contribute to the productivity and satisfaction of your team.
Customer contact & communication:
- As a central contact person, you are there for customers and clarify questions about deadlines and processes.
Process optimization:
- You document and analyze complaints and play an active role in process improvement.

Your profile:
- Completed commercial or industrial training
- Professional experience in scheduling, logistics or internal sales - ideally in mechanical engineering
- First experience in employee management is welcome, but not a must
- Quality awareness, a solution-oriented way of working and very good MS Office skills
- Knowledge of English is an advantage and rounds off your profile
