In this role you will be responsible for nurturing and caring for children to support their individual development. Your area of responsibility:

• Co-design, planning, implementation and reflection of educational projects within your children's group as well as case discussions in a small team
• Support and observation of play and educational processes
• Acclimatization of the children to the facility and their reference group
• Promoting children's social and communication skills and stabilizing the children's sense of belonging in their group
• Reflection on one's own pedagogical actions
• Exchange and support within the team
• Participation in parent-teacher conferences, meetings and evenings as well as development meetings as required
• Cooperation with parents in the sense of an educational partnership
