Your tasks:
- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Assistance with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Support with advance VAT returns
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
- Account assignment of supplier invoices
- Dunning and maintenance of open items
- Supporting the master data team with accounting-specific tasks
- Process optimization and reporting
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as an accountant (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d)
- Sound experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
- Knowledge of sales law and financial statements according to HGB desirable
- Good SAP user knowledge desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Results and goal-oriented, very structured way of working
- Open and communicative personality
- High ability to work in a team, absolute reliability, diligence and independent working style
