Your tasks:

• Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Assistance with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Support with advance VAT returns
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Account assignment of supplier invoices
• Dunning and maintenance of open items
• Supporting the master data team with accounting-specific tasks
• Process optimization and reporting

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as an accountant (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d)
• Sound experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Knowledge of sales law and financial statements according to HGB desirable
• Good SAP user knowledge desirable
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Results and goal-oriented, very structured way of working
• Open and communicative personality
• High ability to work in a team, absolute reliability, diligence and independent working style
