Your tasks:
- General administrative tasks
- Checking, recording, account assignment and posting of invoices of all kinds
- Support with account reconciliation and processing of open items
- Dunning
- Creation of payment runs
- Deposit management, billing and preparation of operating cost statements
- Filing activities
- Master data maintenance
- Tasks relating to digitalization
Your profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Professional experience in accounting
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of English an advantage
- Careful, precise and structured way of working
- Ability to work under pressure and speed with a high workload
- Team and communication skills
- Distinct service orientation
