Your tasks:

  • Support with account reconciliation and processing of open items
  • Dunning
  • Creation of payment runs
  • Deposit management, billing and preparation of operating cost statements
  • Filing activities
  • Master data maintenance
  • Tasks relating to digitalization

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Professional experience in accounting
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of English an advantage
  • Careful, precise and structured way of working
  • Ability to work under pressure and speed with a high workload
  • Team and communication skills
  • Distinct service orientation
