Your area of responsibility:
- Production of doughs according to recipe and production plan in compliance with quality and consumption standards
- Independent work in shifts
- Recognizing irregularities and faults before, during and after dough preparation and eliminating them by taking appropriate measures
- Logging of all raw material movements via SAP
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a baker (m/f/d) or professional experience in a dough processing company
- First professional experience, preferably in a baked goods manufacturing company
- Shift readiness (3- or 4-shift system)
- Physical resilience, motivation and reliability, quality-conscious thinking and acting
- German language spoken and written (C1)
- Own car to reach the place of work is mandatory
