Your tasks:

• Processing in CRM systems
• Processing incoming e-mails
• Advice for trade fair customers (exhibitors and visitors)
• Technical support in the area of online portals on the Internet
• Telephone customer service
• Inbound and outbound
• Internet research

Your profile:

• Very good knowledge of German
• Good knowledge of English (at least C1)
• Gladly knowledge of another language
• Enjoy dealing personally with customers on the phone
• PC skills, MS Office
• High service, customer and employee orientation
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team, communication skills, commitment
