On behalf of a well-known client from 09366 Stollberg (industrial area) we are looking for exactly you as a full-time Financial Accounting Clerk (m/f/d).

Your area of responsibility:

  • Independent implementation of accounts receivable accounting including all current account accounting activities, dunning and monthly receivables reconciliation
  • Reconciliation of G/L accounts and maintenance of customer accounts
  • Trade credit insurance including processing of credit check requests, credit checks and applications for credit limits
  • Review and processing of receivables purchases
  • Application for and administration of guarantees for machine sales
  • Processing and monitoring of legal disputes, insolvencies, installment agreements
  • Supporting activities in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • General administrative activities

What you bring with you:

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training with a focus on accounting
  • Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an international group
  • Knowledge of ERP software (ideally in BaaN)
  • Up-to-date, sound knowledge of tax and commercial law as well as business management topics
  • Experienced with MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • High affinity for numbers and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability and resilience
  • Independent, structured and careful way of working
  • Car and driver's license required to reach the place of work
  • Willingness to work full-time 40 hours/week
