Your tasks:

  • Independent preparation of personnel-related documents such as works council hearings for recruitment, employment contracts, job descriptions and other documents in the employment relationship.
  • Close cooperation with the responsible business partners to ensure smooth HR processes.
  • Responsibility for selected administrative processes, including resubmissions and processing resignations.
  • Conducting and documenting annual employee appraisals and probationary period interviews.

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Specialist knowledge and relevant experience in personnel administration
  • Independent and structured way of working as well as organizational skills
  • Strong initiative and high quality standards
  • Very good written and oral German language skills
  • Good MS Office skills
