Your area of responsibility:

✅ Customer support - work closely with the sales force and sales technicians to provide customers with the best possible support.

✅ Customer advice - provide customers with help and advice and find the best solutions.

✅ Processing and support of inquiries - coordinate with production and scheduling to ensure fast processing.

✅ Quotation preparation and quotation follow-up - take care of the complete order processing and handle complaints.

What you bring with you:

✅ Completed commercial training and initial experience in internal sales - ideally you have already gained experience.

✅ S ales talent - you know how to win over and look after customers.

✅ Good knowledge of MS Office

✅ Knowledge of merchandise management systems and SAP - an advantage, but not a must.
