We are looking for dedicated office clerks (m/f/d) to strengthen our accounting team.
Part-time 25 hours per week (working hours can be arranged flexibly)

Your tasks:
- Supporting the accounting department with daily tasks
- Processing and handling of orders
- General office tasks such as filing, correspondence and data maintenance
- Accounting support
- Processing of administrative tasks
- Support in the organization and coordination of office processes
- Creation of documents and presentations
- Communication with customers and business partners
- Management of appointments and meetings
Your profile:
- Completed training as an office administrator or comparable qualification
- Experience in accounting an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Reliable, structured and careful way of working
- Initial experience with accounting software (e.g. DATEV, SAP) desirable
- Excellent communication skills in German, other languages are an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Organizational skills and a high degree of diligence
