Your tasks:

• Creation of quotations in SAP according to KAM specifications
• Creating requests in CRM and order structure
• Creation of sample orders in SAP according to KAM specifications
• Create credit notes and returns for samples in SAP
• Price maintenance in SAP according to KAM specifications
• Order book maintenance - create and send
• Preparation of presentations, customer letters, various lists etc.
• Support with budget and forecast preparation
• Maintain forecasts in SAP according to KAM specifications
• Processing of various customer concerns and coordination with other departments if necessary (LLE, REACH, ROHS, approvals, loads, changes, etc.)

Your profile:

• Completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of MS Office, SAP an advantage
• Language skills: German, English
• Communication skills across departments
• Customer orientation
• Independent work
• Flexibility and reliability
